  1. I totally agree. 10 YEARS after my sons death at WLMHT I am still seeking accountability! Have a verbal apology from the Medical Director but seeking accountability in writing. The staff move on quicker than an apology is offered!

  2. great illustration, sickening scenario of an agreed time that is good for everyone for publication is in all probability the reality.Impossible to keep good faith with NHS England . Easy to see how you/yours are anchored as opposed to buoyed up, thoughts also for families with significant held over dates for 2016 living with the distress it inflicts on person ,home life and family. Unacceptable .
